As a member of our team, you will follow-up on pre-set qualified leads in a 1 visit closing cycle with an average close rate of 40-60%, and initiate calls to generate sales. With a strong focus on customer service and a commitment to integrity, you will schedule sales appointments and conduct assessments regarding energy efficiency.
All employees must be able to pass our background check, drug-screen, and MVR driving record check.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Accept incoming customer calls requesting quotes or product information and respond accordingly.
Provide written and/or verbal quotations to customers concerning pricing, delivery and company terms and conditions in a responsive manner.
Maintain quote management system for assigned customers.
Follow up to obtain appropriate internal approvals prior to releasing to customers.
Proactively provide the customer with current information on open orders and other account issues.
Investigate and provide resolution to any issues the customer encounters.
Manage and maintain customer required supply chain management tools for processing orders, examining due dates and quality reports, and communicating directly with the customers as needed.
The qualified candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred), and 1 year of sales experience. Also required are good communication and time management skills, and self-motivation. Team work is a priority and sales professionals must be willing to work with and assist co-workers as needed, in addition to working overtime, night, and weekend hours.
